วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อสํารวจความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษา คณาจารย์ และบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนคณะสังคมศาสตร์ ต่อการปรับปรุงห้องสมุดคณะสังคมศาสตร์ ทั้งในประเด็นรูปแบบและการจัดการพื้นที่ ด้านการจัดการหนังสือ สิ่งพิมพ์ และทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และการให้บริการ เพื่อให้คณะฯ สามารถดำเนินการพัฒนา/ปรับปรุงห้องสมุดให้เหมาะสม และตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานทั้งในปัจจุบันและในอนาคต
(Purposes: To survey the opinions of students, lecturers, and academic / supporting staff of the Faculty of Social Sciences to the improvement of Social Sciences Library, Chiang Mai University regarding pattern, area management and textbook, publications, electronic information resources services. So, the Faculty of Social Sciences can develop or improve the library appropriately and lead to meet the needs of current and future users.)
